A Surf House in Taghazout, on Your Own Schedule
Surf & Stay is our surf house in Taghazout for surfers who already know what they are doing and want a comfortable base rather than a timetable. There are no lessons and no fixed programme: check the forecast, pick your break and paddle out when it suits you, then come back to a pool, a terrace over the bay and a meal that is ready when you are hungry.
The week includes seven nights at the camp, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a BBQ night, and a wetsuit and a soft-top board for the whole stay. It is the most affordable way to spend a week surfing in Taghazout Bay with everything but the waves taken care of.
For Surfers Who Surf on Their Own
Surf & Stay has no surf lessons, so it is made for intermediate and advanced surfers who can already catch and ride waves on their own. If you are still learning, choose a package with lessons, such as the All Inclusive week, where an instructor takes you to the right beach every day.
Around the bay you will find some of the best-known waves in Morocco: right-hand points such as Anchor Point, Hash Point and Killer Point that come alive on a good winter swell, and sandy beach breaks further south for smaller days. Surf & Stay does not include daily transfers, so you surf the breaks you can reach yourself or organise your own transport.
Your Board: Soft-Top Included, Hard Board on Request
A soft-top board and a wetsuit are included for the whole week. If you prefer a hard board, you can swap for €5 per board per day: in the booking form you choose how many hard boards you need and for how many days, up to the full seven days of your stay.

Life at the Surf House in Taghazout
Our surf house sits in Taghazout Bay, between the villages of Aourir and Tamraght, about 45 minutes from Agadir airport. You come back from the waves to a swimming pool, a panoramic terrace over the bay, a restaurant where every meal is served and free WiFi throughout.
The package price includes a bed in a shared room. If you would rather have your own space, you can add a private room with a double bed or twin beds for up to 2 people at €30 per room per night, or an apartment for up to 4 people at €45 per night, directly in the booking form. Private rooms and apartments are subject to availability, and we confirm them by email.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are home-cooked Moroccan and international dishes. In the booking form you can tell us how many people in your group are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free or lactose-free, so the kitchen can plan for you.
Prices, Extras and Booking
Surf & Stay costs €399 per person for seven nights. You can add these extras in the booking form:
- Hard board instead of the soft-top: €5 per board per day, up to 7 days
- Airport transfer from Agadir airport or bus station: €30 one way, €60 both ways
- Private room for up to 2 people (double or twin beds): €30 per room per night; apartment for up to 4 people: €45 per night
- Board and wetsuit insurance: €25 per person for the whole stay
- Special diets for any number of people in your group, at no extra cost
Booking takes four short steps online. You only pay a 15% deposit on the trip, plus the tourist tax of €12 per person, securely with PayPal; the rest is paid when you arrive at the camp. The price updates live as you choose rooms and extras, so you always see what you will pay.
Surf House Questions
How do I get from the surf house in Taghazout to the surf spots?
Surf & Stay does not include daily transfers, so you surf the breaks you can reach on foot or organise your own transport. If you want to be driven to a different spot each day, choose the Classic package.
Is Surf & Stay suitable for beginners?
No. It has no lessons, so it is for surfers who can already surf on their own. Beginners progress much faster with daily coaching in the All Inclusive, 5-Day or 3-Day package.
Can I add a surf lesson?
Just ask our team during your stay and we will see what we can arrange. If you know you want coaching every day, the All Inclusive package is the better choice.
How much does a hard board cost?
€5 per board per day instead of the included soft-top. You choose the number of boards and days, up to seven, in the booking form.
