• Strictly necessary (always on): remembering your cookie choice and language, keeping the booking and contact forms secure against spam, and security features of our hosting.
• Statistics (only if you accept): Google Analytics cookies such as _ga, which tell us in aggregate how visitors find and use the site. We use Google Consent Mode, so these are not set until you agree.
• Marketing and preferences: we do not currently run ads or personalise content, so no cookies are set in this category.
• Embedded content: the Google map on our Contact page, our Google reviews widget and PayPal checkout come from other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking every cookie may stop parts of the site, such as the booking form, from working.
